Membership Enrollment Processor I

Randstad is seeking a Membership Enrollment Processor I for an immediate temp-to-permanent opening in the Charleston area. The hours are 8am-5pm and the pay is $12 an hour. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of prior experience with medical insurance membership.
Typical Duties:
Ensures all ID cards, membership packages and contracts are mailed to the group or agent.
Processes new groups once approved from underwriting. Updates renewing groups on shared folder once received from Rework Dept.
Monitors and verifies all Maintenance Application processing for accuracy prior to release to account for 100% of all applications received.
Audits all account applications for compliance with Enrollment Regulations and system requirements.
Coordinates with Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, Benefit File, Companion Life and other areas to ensure appropriate group structure/status/benefits/billing.
Respond to all membership inquiries and resolve group and member problems.
Monitor and make corrections to the daily, weekly, and monthly HIPAA error and member edit error reports.
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years'' experience in small group marketing and membership
Ability to use PC or CRT
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and human relation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
