A solid law firm is seeking a real estate partner who is a creative problem solver.
Requirements:
Partner licensed to practice law in North Carolina
Experience in commercial real estate, commercial leasing, real estate finance, and land entitlements
Must have a portable book of business
Demonstrated success in developing new business and maintaining current relationships
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with public/private partnerships and development and infrastructure agreements
Support land development and institutional lender clients, as well as other clients regarding real estate, infrastructure and partnership matters
Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals and staffEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
