Reporting to the COO, the Vice President of Business Operations works to align the infrastructure needs with enterprise priorities. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning and management of enterprise infrastructure and will be an integral leader driving development focused on Global Resources, Expectation Management, Delivery Assurance, Accountability, and Process Improvement.
Contract & Expectation Management:
Conduct independent deal desk and deal review process to enable profitable growth
Continued focus on driving Customer Satisfaction to ensure increased Revenue/OI
Delivery Assurance:
Objectively monitor all programs to proactively increase joint success
Enable revenue growth as a result of delivery success
Establish dashboards to monitor health and early warning symptoms
Global Resources:
Drive effective global utilization in appropriate teams
Global resourcing expansion and management
Accountability:
Conduct internal reviews for customer satisfaction including Net Promoter Score review
Ensure completeness, action, and accountability of monthly initiatives focused on customer loyalty
Process Improvement:
Lead and evangelize Six Sigma process improvement initiatives Improve cross functional collaboration and reduce rework and improved customer experience

years of budgetary responsibility Proven ability to operate and influence Executives The ability to quickly assimilate and understand all aspects of the business, quickly and effectively Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions concentrating on high priority issues as needed and in a timely manner Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate professional staff Highly organized and autonomous with strong sense of initiatives Experience in leading multi-discipline, high-performance work teams/groups Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems Previous experience managing 3rd party service providers to contractual agreements and customer satisfaction requirements. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
