Responsibilities
o Oversee production activities.
o Review financial statements, shift production reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
o Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
o Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
o Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.

Requirements
o BS in Chemical Engineering
o 12
year's professional experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Plant Manager role or 5
years as an Operations Manager
o Experience with fostering continuous improvement, ideally utilizing Lean Six Sigma
o Must have experience in a PSM facility. (chemicals, petrochems, resins, gasses etc.)
o Experience with People/Team Development and succession planning
o Should be promotable and preferably able to relocate down the road for promotional opportunities.
o US citizen or green card holder and a stable work history.
REQNUMBER: 1569Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
