Your Responsibilities
Provide instruction on topics in the BPS North American Training Center including BPS Overview, Value Stream Design, Lean Logistics Basics (incl. Pull and Leveling), Standardized Work, and SteP-Up BPS courses: Working According to Standards, Pull and Leveling, and Shop Floor Management Cycle, Develop and roll out BPS-related training packages as needed. Provide external plant support, and Continuously improve training packages, Coordinate facilities and attendees, Provide BPS implementation project support to manufacturing, logistics, and support operations. Evaluate current manufacturing systems to determine areas of potential improvement. Facilitate workshops related to BPS implementation such as Value Stream Design (production and administrative), Lean Line Design, and Standardized Work. Develop and deliver BPS training including classroom training, shop floor training, hands-on simulations, and kaizen events as required for manufacturing, logistics, and support operations. Analyze data to support system design (e.g., inventory calculations, lot size calculations, changeover requirements, customer pull patterns, material delivery loops).
Your competencies and qualifications
B.S. Degree in Engineering, B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred. 3 years manufacturing experience. 1 years lean manufacturing implementation experience. Training development and delivery experience at all levels of the organization, including the ability to share practical examples/solutions during classes. Some travel required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
