As soon as they find the perfect fit! Schedule:
Full-time, guaranteeing 40-45 hours per week.
A candidate can expect to work 8-9 hours a day with two consecutive days off every week.
A candidate who is open to travel, evening and weekend care with advanced notice, and collaborating with the family on designing upcoming schedules that work well for all parties, especially as it pertains to the academic year, will be key.
Compensation:
The family is offering $30-35/hour based on the 40-45-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $62-86k/year range dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule.
The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
Benefits:
The family is open to providing benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance based on candidate need and the full benefits package.
This family will provide a vehicle for professional use.

This lively family of four is excited to be welcoming a new baby in August! Their 8-year-old son loves sports and plays soccer, tennis, basketball, and golf.
He also loves to go fishing, swim in the backyard pool, play in the treehouse, and anything else that allows him to be outside.
Their 6-year-old daughter enjoys horseback riding, going to the park, swimming, and is highly creative and artistic.
Both kids attend school full-time and participate in after-school activities that keep them busy.
They also have three dogs (1 big and 2 small) who are friendly and will be excited to meet you! The family prioritizes screen-free time, so a candidate who is creative, engaging, and emphasizes the children's academics and other interests will be a great fit for this family! These dual-career parents are very hands-on with their kids and they look forward to working with a nanny who will be excited to collaborate on a daily basis.
Both parents are in and out of the house regularly.
They will also have a Newborn Care Specialist for the first few months after the new baby is born so there will be many opportunities for support and collaboration as they transition into being a family of five! This family also enjoys traveling to places like Colorado, Florida, NYC, and North Carolina and they look forward to working with a nanny who will be excited to join them.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly professional, hands-on, and confident in their role.
This family would love to work with a nanny who is looking for their next long-term role with excitement to commit to at least two years and hopefully more! After the new baby arrives and the NCS' contract ends, the main responsibility of this role will focus on caring for the infant while the older kids attend school full-time.
The nanny will also have time to bond with the older kids, engage with them in projects, and support after-school activities and summer schedules although rarely will the nanny care for all three kids at the same time.
A candidate who enjoys learning and participating with the family in outdoor activities, sports, swimming and more will be a great fit for the role.
Someone who is eager to work alongside parents in a mutually beneficial way and who is honest, loyal, and committed to the role will excel! Responsibilities include creating a warm, loving, and safe environment for the children to grow and thrive.
Childcare duties include but are not limited to supporting developmental milestones, reading educationally-minded books, planning engaging activities for baby, cleaning and sterilizing bottles, feeding, preparing purees, bathing, morning, nap, and afternoon routines.
Other tasks include but are not limited to children's meal prep, tidying and organizing children's areas, calendar management, assisting with children's laundry, transportation to after-school and summer activities, and running errands as needed and time allows.
A candidate who can see a need and proactively fill the need will thrive!
Qualifications:
3 years of professional childcare experience Valid driver's license Travel nanny experience and enthusiasm to travel with the family Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones, specifically the infant and elementary stages Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water Dog friendly! Willing to support light pet care.
