Primary responsibility includes hands on maintenance of the property including the inspection and repair of general maintenance of the interior and exterior areas.
Knowledge in:
HVAC, Universal or Type 2 certification, electrical, plumbing and Appliances is required.
People skills is a must.
Must have your own tools, reliable transportation required.
