com/ WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Starting base rate is $15 / hour, plus tips and bonuses, going to $17 / hour after training Weekly pay schedule Paid training and career development Paid Time Off WHAT DOES A TECHNICIAN DO? The Technician performs services on vehicles, including:
Wash and detail vehicles Operate lubrication equipment to change oil and service oil filters Rotate tires, and service other fluids such as windshield wipers, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing services Ensure that required documentation is complete, maintain records of time, materials, and work performed Communicate effectively with management and our customers Must Haves:

Ability to listen and take direction Be highly structured, careful and conscientious, have meticulous attention to detail Self-directed with a high level of energy, internal drive, and hustle to succeed combined with pride in doing the best job you can Able to communicate effectively and persuasively with management and our customers Be a team player, hardworking, and honest Be on time to work and reliable, including with reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and be 18 years of age This is a second shift position so MUST be able to work some weekday afternoons and Saturday and Sunday Be willing to learn new skills in the automotive field as spiffy continues to enhance their training methods.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds) Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, lift, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, climb steps, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, all of this for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the day.
