This is a full time position.
You must be able to work Monday 8:
00am-5:
00pm, Tuesday, 8:
00am-7:
00pm, Wednesday 8:
00am-5:
00pm, Thursday 8:
00am-5:
00pm, and Friday 12:
00pm-5:
00pm.
Responsibilities include being the first face clients see when they arrive, offering concierge-level customer service, having a friendly and caring attitude while being incredibly professional and organized.
As our receptionist, you will answer phones, call patients to schedule appointments, help manage the clinic schedule and assist with administrative duties and office tasks.

You have prior medical receptionist experience.
You can answer the phones, schedule and greet visitors - all with a big smile! You have a cheerful phone voice and top-notch communication skills.
