As a member of our team, you will have the chance to deliver crucial results for injured victims, and also serve as the face of our company, providing a high level of customer service to all clients who visit our office.
Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other deliveries.
Maintain the general appearance and cleanliness of the reception area and conference rooms.
Maintain the conference room calendar.
Manage the inventory of office supplies and ensure that all items are fully stocked.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Proficiency in Chrome and G-Suite.
Basic knowledge of legal terminology and procedures preferred.
