Business Development Representative
We're hiring! Join our award winning, family oriented, property damage restoration company based in Charleston, SC.
Build and maintain relationships with facility managers and insurance professionals in the Charleston, Berkeley & Dorchester counties.
This is a full-time position.

o Meet and exceed sales quota by executing our sales system.
o Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence using face-to-face, phone, or e-mail o Being able to make cold calls is a must.
o Build stronger relationships with potential clients.
o Update sales routes and marketing activities (a client list is provided but continually changes) o Update information in our contact management system o Attend trainings and meetings o Participate in professional associations and networking events o Coordinate marketing activities and events o Set up weekly lunch and learns and promote continued education courses.
o Valid driver's license (to drive the company's vehicle during business hours).
o Successfully pass a background check.
o 3
years of experience in outside sales a must.
Must have a proven track record of successful sales experience.
o Existing relationships with property managers or with insurance professionals is a plus.
Existing relationships with contractors & builders is a plus.
