As a plaintiffs side employment law attorney, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients and championing their rights in employment-related disputes.

As the lead attorney in our employment law department, you will put our clients first by providing them with strategic advice, guiding them through the legal process, and representing their interests in negotiations and litigation.
Key
Responsibilities:
Review intakes and leads to determine potential cases that present value add opportunities for the client and firmHandle a caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and retaliation claimsConduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategiesDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsConduct depositions, witness interviews, and investigationsRepresent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedingsCollaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and optimal client serviceStay up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and legal trendsActively participate in business development activities to expand our employment law practice to include vetting potential associate attorneys at the department grows.
RequirementsJuris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the bar in South Carolina, North Carolina, and/or GeorgiaEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow an in-house employment law departmentDemonstrated commitment to our core values:
