Buffalo Agency, a Buffalo Groupe Company, is looking for a SEM Manager (Paid Search).
The SEM Manager is responsible for managing the strategy, quality, and execution of client search marketing solutions (primarily Search, Shopping, Display and SEO) implemented and reported on by the Digital Delivery department and ensuring that search marketing efforts are staying on the cutting edge of industry best practices.
The SEM Manager reports to the SEM Director.

Manager, Paid Search (SEM)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Developing eCommerce SEM strategies across multiple engines to improve client goals (e.
g.
, CPA, ROAS) and achieve maximum efficiency Conducting keyword research, writing ad copy, and establishing bidding strategies to meet and exceed client KPIs Monitor daily performance metrics to understand search performance across global markets Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies Creating and implementing campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings Managing Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, and Video advertising campaigns Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Search campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis Analyze results and develop actionable insights and make optimizations to ensure KPIs are exceeded or met Compilation of performance results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with analysis for client presentationsRemaining on top of the SEM industry Collaborating with other departments within the company Monitor the competitive landscape and develop recommendations Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS 4
years' hands on experience managing multiple client portfolios across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Minimum 4 years' experience managing B2C eCommerce campaigns Excellent verbal and written communication skills Acute attention to detail Experience in data analysis and reporting MUST have experience with eCommerce campaigns (specifically Google Shopping) Experience will all campaign types (e.
g.
, Performance Max, Discovery ads, Shopping ads, YouTube) is preferred General knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), social advertising, and programmatic Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics) Analytical thinking with strong math skills Agency experience preferred, managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging between $10,000-$100,000 per client Experience with Google Suite Google Data studio experience a plus Ability to manage expectations and priorities Experienced and comfortable presenting to senior-level client contacts Relevant industry certifications a plus Experience in agency or collaborative settings Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Cost Benefit Analysis Data Analysis E Commerce Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
