Maintenance Technician

Insight Global is looking for Maintenance Technicians for one of the largest Hospital Systems in South Carolina.
This individual will have responsibilties towards the maintenance and repairs of outpatient buildings and facilities as a member of the Hospital systems overall engineering group.
The work will involve the use of power and hand tools in maintaining specific assignments.
These assignments can cover a variety of corrective maintenance and repairs ranging from minor fixes to extensive projects.
All work will be performed in accordance with instructions and established trade practices.
This individual will have responsibilities towards both plumbing and electrical issues, however, you will not be responsible for any work that requires a plumbing or electrician certification.
You will have specific trade shop support for projects of that magnitude.
This individual should come from a background in handyman type work, being a jack of all trades with general mechanical knowledge.
This opening is 40 hours per week, M-F, and will sit on site in Charleston, South Carolina.
Minimum Requirements- Good Communication and Reliability- General Mechanical Knowledge- Basic Knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical Systems- General Knowledge of Safe use of Hand Tools, Power Tools- Handyman abilities- Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience with general mechanical or maintenance responsibilities Desired Skills- Previously have worked for a hospital, property management, plumbing- Retired Military Recommended Skills Communication Construction Toolkits Electrical Installation Work Maintenance Plumbing Property Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
