HR Operations ManagerWe are searching for a HR Operations Manager to manage the business and technical aspects of the Human Resources department and oversee the daily office operations, while ensuring effective and continuous improvement of HR business processes and supervising the administrative HR staff.
Along with fellow HR leadership, this position collaborates to develop and implement plans and goals for the Human Resources Department.
The HR Operations Manager will lead HR-related technology initiatives and be a subject-matter expert for the HR systems of Bishop Gadsden.
The appropriate candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

Create and oversee HR administrative workflows.
Provide leadership and oversee employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensure data integrity.
Ensure employee demographic changes, pay changes, job changes and status changes are captured Ensure all terminations are properly processed Ensure documentation is scanned and maintained appropriately Plan, organize and coordinate the efforts of the HR operations team to support the daily operations and business system processes related to the operation of the Human Resources department.
Serve as a point of contact for departmental projects and communications related to HR business operations such as audits, DHEC visits, HR business process changes, and general HR office operational needs.
Provide guidance to HR staff to ensure compliance with all applicable contracts and audit requirements.
Act as project manager and serve as the central point of contact for HR technology implementations and upgrades.
In conjunction with HR leadership, review, approve and/or modify the HR operating budget.
Serve as the technical point of contact in HR-related systems and software, ensuring data integrity.
Assist HR Director and VP of HR in developing and maintaining written job descriptions for each staff position.
Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of supervising the Human Resources Department in the absence of the HR Director.
Assist with development of personnel policies and reviewing all policies at least annually- making recommendations to the HR Director.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to subordinates.
Help establish HR administrative priorities to ensure task completion and efficiency.
Assist with staff appreciation functions.
Maintain good inter-departmental and employee relations.
Assist with department functions including benefit file maintenance, annual accounting audits, DHEC audits, and other duties as necessary.
Maintain a pleasant, respectful and courteous demeanor.
Support other HR Functions as necessary and serve as backup/support to other HR leaders.
Participate in the design/ update of personnel forms.
Qualifications Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ability to translate HR Operational needs and requirements to leaders.
Ability to translate data into knowledge.
Must be a creative problem solver Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to handle a variety of assignments and interact with all levels of management.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
Ability to read and comprehend numbers and written material.
Interpersonal skills are necessary for exchanging information as well as maintaining a courteous relationship with the residents, families, visitors and Bishop Gadsden employees.
Must be detail oriented, have ability to multitask and possess great inter-personal skills Ability to lift and/or carry weights of up to 50 pounds.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Human Resources.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in HR reporting and analytics.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
) Advanced knowledge of HR-related systems and software JB.
