As a successful Ticket Operations Manager, your main responsibilities are to exercise complete control and managerial responsibility for the Box Office Operations of our team, and to contribute as a ticket seller.
Management Duties Work closely with sales to implement all processes related to the processing and payments of all group, season, club, suites, individual ticket orders, as well as all non-baseball ticketed events.
Manage the entire process of all season, group, and individual ticket orders into our ticketing system and monitor sales rep's behaviors to ensure consistency with cash intake processes.
Manage and independently direct all pre-game and in-game planning and responsibility to ensure ticket windows and service perform at a satisfactory level.
Track ticket inventory throughout the off season and season to maximize opportunities to sell to customers.
Train all game-day employees and seasonal hires in box office tasks, as well as ensuring their comprehension and support of a positive customer experience.
Set up and monitor/manage all ticketing system and associated processes.
Create and direct processes for season and group renewals and invoicing on a yearly basis.
Develop marketing strategies for single ticket, mini-plan and flex book buyers.
Oversee the overall customer service initiatives and execution of the club.
Update reports on daily payments, gate revenue reports, ticket availability reports and other reports necessary.
Prospect and make sales calls to local companies and organizations to sell ticket packages, with the goal of hitting individual sales budget.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and accounting reports as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1
years of experience using Tickets.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
