ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Assists the CEO with travel, customers and guests, vehicle maintenance, lunch and dinner coordination, and miscellaneous secretarial tasks.
Maintains the CHRO's calendar.
Greets all incoming personnel, visitors, customers, etc.
in a professional manner.
Handles all incoming calls in a professional manner.
Creates purchase orders and ensures timely arrivals.
Assists management personnel with various requests.
Maintains office supplies, incoming and outgoing mail, and postage machine.
Maintains 5-S order in the front office.
Coordinates all travel arrangements.
Records and maintains the affirmative action plan.
Tracks all training records.
Maintains all company monthly metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities, but does have indirect leadership responsibilities as it relates to customer satisfaction and internal organization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Requires a High School diploma; and a minimum of four (4) years of clerical experience preferably in the executive assistant or human resources field.
TRAVEL Ability to travel out of state as needed LANGUAGE SKILLS Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals accurately.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs accurately.
REASONING ABILITY Requires analytical knowledge; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
