Specific Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service.
Process all customer transactions to including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Open all types of deposit accounts and setup related services.
This includes preparation and collection of appropriate due diligence information Proactively identify and resolve customer account issues.
Participate in community awareness events.
Identify the needs of new and existing customers and offer appropriate solutions.
Contribute to the attainment of bank sales goals and related objectives by promoting the bank's products and services and by generating leads and referrals.
Refer loan opportunities to the appropriate lending officers.
Serve as a digital ambassador Operate in compliance with applicable Bank policies and state and federal laws and regulations.
Annual training is required.
Support other areas of the bank as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak concisely.
Ability to use time and resources efficiently to accomplish tasks.
Professional experience anticipating common customer concerns and needs.
Experience in efficient personal organization and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Thoroughness and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to express written concepts clearly and concisely using correct banking forms and paperwork when required.
