Our Charleston corporate office, which supports a total of 4 different companies operating tours in 5 cities, is seeking a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
JOB OVERVIEW Support administrative, sales & human resources needs for the organization, report directly to the Vice President/General Manager.
Support the Sales team with support in managing event contracts, catering orders, payment follow ups and client communications.
Provide support for human resources through assisting with initial phone screening interviews, coordinating new hire orientations and onboarding processes, performing all necessary verification for new hires.
General administrative support as directed which would include a variety of tasks such as coordinating needs for offsite ticket kiosk, correspondence, helping to receive and coordinate back office inventory area, ensure communications get distributed to vessel crew and tour guide staff, help support he needs where need of a dynamic small business.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or higher.
Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office Suite required, Detail oriented self starter with strong communication and interpersonal who can easily manage shifting focuses Strong Organizational Skills Can do attitude, not afraid to jump into to making a task happen!
