7K a year Local Food Manufacturing facility located in the Charleston, South Carolina area is looking for a qualified candidate to manage and oversee our operations in producing of private label products for our existing clients.
We specialize in producing a wide variety of sauces and beverage mixers, bottling these products in plastic and glass bottles.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a candidate with:
Extensive culinary background and degree to meet with existing and new clients to create new recipes to meet their needs.
Oversee all aspects of the company's operation.
Lead and mentor a team of managers and employees.
Has purchasing experience and inventory control of raw materials to manufacturer our customer's needs.
Can work with supervisors to oversee training and documentation of training of staff members.
Has exceptional communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Knowledge and work experience in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
THESE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ARE A PLUS:
Knowledge of SQF or Acidified Foods.
Good Manufacturing Practices.
HACCP or similar food safety training.
Mechanical Aptitude.
Bilingual OUR
Qualifications:
Must be dependable and on time with reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
