Establish method of payment and verify credit.
Make and confirm reservations.
Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or PMS system.
Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
Must Know Opera PMS Must Have Hotel Front Desk Agent Experience Must Be Able To Travel 8 to 12 Weeks At A Time All Travel Paid By The Company In Advance We Work In Our Hotels Across The Country.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
