Coordinate all logistics operations Submit and organize import documentation for customs clearance Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery to customers Manage AR and AP functions and perform other bookkeeping duties Provide customer service and inside sales support, as needed Assist in website/social media management, literature development, and other marketing efforts Identify, present, and implement actions for process improvement and cost efficiencies throughout every aspect of the business Perform other tasks as directed by the COO Some travel may be required for industry trade shows, warehouse site visits, and other company sponsored activities (.
