Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Total Rewards Partner to provide real-time consultation to Boeing Corporate Functions and Total Rewards (TR) leaders and teammates within our Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) organization.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including:
Senior or Lead Partners.
In this role, you will partner with the Total Rewards Compensation and Benefits strategy and delivery teams to develop TR strategies and solutions and lead their deployment across the Boeing enterprise.
This is a critical role in which you will develop holistic compensation and benefit solutions and proactively bring insights and anticipate future trends to ensure TR programs and plans are outcome driven, market competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives at all levels.
This position will collaborate with the various Total Rewards and HR teams in preparation for deployment of Job Classification, Job Structures, Pay Practices and Incentive processes that align with the Global Compensation philosophy as well as Benefits design and execution.
This role can be based in any of the following locations:
Ridley Park, PA; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Arlington, VA; Seal Beach, CA; El Segundo, CA; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; or North Charleston, SC.
Position
Responsibilities:
Act as Total Rewards liaison to Engineering and Corporate FunctionsProvide voice of the business input to Total Rewards strategy and process teams regarding strategies, program design, process, and communications to optimize the impact of the company's investment in Total RewardsPartner to help identify, develop, maintain, and administer Total Rewards solutionsConduct analyses to evaluate pay compression and competitiveness to marketDevelop pay positioning guidelines by evaluating jobs to establish externally competitive and internally equitable compensation ratesSupport execution of Total Rewards programs and processesProvide internal consulting services on pay, job design and classification in individual, business and regulatory mattersLead and direct work initiatives and projects within Total RewardsCommunicate, educate and train Total Rewards Partners and business partners on Total Rewards mattersProvide internal consulting services as a subject matter expert on the Annual Compensation Review, salary offers and job changesAdvocate, communicate, educate and train HR and the business on compensation and benefits strategy and processesConsult on incentive design for enhancing performance and collaborate with other HR groups to help educate and train HR and Business leaders on Total Rewards mattersIdentify requirements, obtain data, perform analysis and create presentations and business cases that identify issues and solutionsReview and approve salary management and other pay recommendations to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies, market competitiveness and regulatory requirementsThis position is hybrid.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Senior level:
$104,550 - $151,800Summary pay range for Lead level:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
