The recipient of this position will work closely with senior property level and corporate level management.
The candidate is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day accounting activity for the hotel, restaurant and retail operations, to include monthly general ledger reconciliation, and monthly sales tax preparations.
The manager will personally resolve guest billing and accounting questions throughout the course of the business day for our hotel and restaurant clients.
The ideal candidate will be even tempered with strong accounting, interpersonal skills, organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Previous client services experience in a hospitality role or experience in a luxury hospitality client services / sales environment is ideally preferred.
Ideal candidates should have 5
years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
Prior experience in a club, resort, hotel, or amenities environment will be helpful.
QuickBooks experience is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
