Develop and implement customized reporting solutions using Toast Point of Sale and Restaurant 365 reporting software to optimize financial processes.
And provide actionable insights.
Detect trends in data to spot potential fraud Track Inventory variances Credit Card Chargeback Fraud detection and prevention Analyze trends for Comps/Deletes Voids to detect possible abuse Report Petty Cash Spending by Item Create Data Dashboards for Management to Access data quickly Report Key Performance Metrics Ideal Candidate Description:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required 2 years of experience in related field.
Restaurant systems experience is ideal.
Proficiency in utilizing Toast Point of Sale and Restaurant 365 reporting software is a plus Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Critical Thinking - Recognize a problem and dig in to solve it Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
