Job Description PROJECT MANAGER The Project Manager will support Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in North Charleston, SCRESPONSIBILITIESo Manage engineering, financial, logistics, and administrative personnel and interface with prime and subcontractors in support of projects for NIWC. Plan, direct, supervise, and control integration of technical, schedule, budget, and programmatic information. Review and approve all contract deliverables for the Task Order including Travel and Extended Hours Requests, Monthly Task and Cost Reports. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONSo Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience with C5ISR Minimum of 8 years of direct work experience, to include:
design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of Satellite Communication (SATCOM) SystemsFour (4) years as manager of SATCOM Systems, to include:
supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
