The Program Coordinator II reports to the Manager of Environment of Care. Under indirect supervision, the Program Coordinator II oversees the Environment of Care surveys in all hospital work areas.

Job Description
This position coordinates and documents internal regulatory processes, such as internal audits, inspections, license renewals, or registrations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and two years relevant program experience required. Master's degree and four (4) years of administrative, management or professional experience, or a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of administrative or management experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC), Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), National Fire Protection Association Codes, International Building Codes, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) programs, inspections, processes standards and regulations desirable. In addition, statistical and data analysis skills are essential. Must be knowledgeable and able to exercise judgement and initiative. Ability to perform job functions while sitting and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Physical Requirement
Ability to bend at the waist, fully use both hand/arms and legs. Must be able to lift and carry 15 pounds unassisted. Maintain 20/40 vision, corrected.
