SummaryOur Product Operations Team is looking for an operations professional to play a pivotal role in the execution of our product development lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, growth and sunset, with a heavy focus on go-to-market (GTM) readiness and launch management.

As a Launch Manager, you will work closely with product leaders, product managers, and key stakeholders across the entire enterprise to improve the way we work by building processes and systems which make the Workiva Product organization a great place to work.
What You ll DoGo-to-Market Readiness:
Identify best practices and implement scalable and standard launch management standards to ensure consistency of launch management with internal stakeholders and partnersEnable Go-to-Market process by driving high-priority product launch activitiesCollaborate with various teams, such as marketing, sales enablement, product management, customer success, etc.
to ensure seamless execution of a product launch plan.
This includes coordinating timelines, deliverables, success metrics, and resourcesEnsure success of the product launch by tracking key performance indicators and conducting post-launch evaluations Drive transparency and accountability of launch initiatives with effective reporting, communications and stakeholder engagement and management practicesCross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product, pricing, marketing, customer experience teams, and other relevant departments to manage product and feature releases effectivelyPerformance Measurement:
Develop KPIs and metrics with leadership to track incremental progress and direction towards initiatives, ensuring success by monitoring key performance indicators post-launchCommunication and Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop and implement a comprehensive launch management communications strategy to drive transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement.
This includes delivering high-impact presentations to senior managementRisk Management and Issue Resolution:
Identify and mitigate issues, risks, and dependencies throughout the product life cycle.
Create change management plans to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processesEfficiency and Process Optimization:
Oversee tools and processes to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Establish appropriate processes to maintain alignment and continuity in a rapidly evolving environment What You ll NeedMinimum qualifications8
years successfully leading and delivering highly-visible strategic programs in cross-functional work environmentsBachelor s degree; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experienceExperience in the SAAS industry with previous roles in Strategy & Operations, Product Management, Product Marketing, or Launch ManagementPreferred qualificationsAbility to implement at a strategic level and also roll up the sleeves and do the work; easily able to shift from one context to the nextStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional program management skillsAbility to influence key stakeholders, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate across multiple disciplinesDemonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicateeffectively to executives, management, and teams in both one-on-one and group settingsWorking knowledge of formal change management and decision-making frameworks Experience with JIRA/Jira Align/Confluence as well as Roadmap and Project Management productivity tools such as ProductBoard, Asana, and Monday.
