Responsibilities:
As a Loan Officer, you will build relationships to source new mortgage clients. Loan Officers also work with clients and internal support staff to ensure the timely completion of each loan. As a Loan Officer you will also have the opportunity to:
Multi-task and interact with several contacts simultaneously
Develop solid product knowledge in order to recommend best mortgage products and services to clients
Receive paid training to prepare you to meet and exceed all client and company performance specifications
Act with the highest degree of professionalism to ensure an exceptional client experience
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred
2
years experience in Inside and Outside sales within the Mortgage and Loan industries
Completed all NMLS requirements; Passed the state/national required exams required
Current Loan Officer License required; Carry multiple state licenses preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
Bilingualism a plus
