The Role you will play:
Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to lead growth and development in Charleston SC and the surrounding area. and based division. The successful candidate will have a drive to succeed and be the leader in the area. This is a perfect opportunity for a dynamic individual who may be the number 2 person in his/her current position - or a qualified top performer who does not see the growth in their current company that this organization can offer.
Lead a dedicated team to further develop and grow the Charleston SC (and surrounding market)
Project management for water and wastewater systems, commercial, residential, and industrial developments, industrial park designs, storm water management, roadway design, and solid waste management projects.
Coordination of all aspects of projects, including planning, design and permitting to various regulatory agencies, administration of bidding and award of projects, and construction administration and observation.
Background Profile
Must be located in the Charleston SC Region and an active, established player in the market
Must be a registered Professional Engineer in the state of South Carolina
Excellent knowledge of the planning, design, permitting, and construction process
Experience with a civil consulting firm and management of projects through all aspects of planning, design, permitting and construction
Working knowledge of AutoCAD software, Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Civil 3D and Land Development Software a plus
Must have experience with management and supervision of personnel
Minimum of 10 years experience
