Summary
This position is responsible for generating new account revenue while developing revenue growth with existing clients. The executive should possess a consultative selling style that properly and effectively communicates our company objectives, experience and services to large, complex accounts. The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive and firm selling strategy that ensures revenue growth at target or greater profitability levels by increasing our new client base.
The sales executive will manage existing business relationships through utilization of sound retention strategies, impeccable business retention models, and by securing agreements with our non-contracted customers. In addition, the sales executive will operate as the customer service contact for saving and securing existing clients and providing ongoing education on contract details, new business models, and resolving client issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following - Other duties may be assigned
Establish and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
Resolve unique client issues by communicating to and consulting with the senior management team.
Attune yourself with the industry leaders and potential clients by fully understanding our product services and processes from start to finish.
Using your knowledge of the potential client base develop a sales pipeline for outreach and in achieving company sales goals, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of external market trends and operational capabilities.
Develop a sound marketing plan that incorporates customer needs, pricing, competition, and service strategies.
Utilizing knowledge of the industry, as well as company objectives and strategies, prepare complex proposals and advise on equipment optimization and leasing options.
Partner with Plant Managers and Account Managers to assist in upgrading materials to increase profitability and achieve goals.
Significantly reduce transition or lost accounts by minimizing cancellation requests.
Increase revenue and profitability by executing sound plans on retention calls to improve the customers' service and/or profitability.
Possess a working knowledge of appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience -
3-4 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
Proven track record of sales development while exceeding sales objectives.
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent B2B sales experience in lieu of degree.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
