A SC law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for their Charleton, SC office.
PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL:
Paralegal with experience in personal injury law.
Pay based on experience.
Includes a comprehensive benefit package.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o MUST have 3
years experience in Personal Injury for Plaintiff's side
o Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
o Previous experience with case management software
o Professional demeanor and appearance required
o Type 55wpm
Must have case management software experience
PREFERRED:
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Litigation experience a plus
Worker's Compensation experience a plus
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
-Daily contact with clients
-Draft demand packages
-Handle case load of 75
cases
-Type legal correspondence
-Collect medical records & bills
