Import Coordinator
We are seeking a talented Import Coordinator to handle the movement of a shipment and to ensure operation excellence.
Duties:
-Provide operational support
-Collect information related to rates & quotes
- Ensure that customers are taken care of quickly and effectively
-Use proactive measures when handling business
-Tracking shipments
-Communicating with a wide span of professionals to get the job done
-Prepare customer reports
-Team with customs to ensure quality
Requirements:
-Experience with importing goods/products with a logistics company is REQUIRED. No resumes will be reviewed without this experience.
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong sense of achievement
-SAP is preferred
-Attention to detail in reading shipment documentation and analyzing data
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
