Our 1000sf two bedroom/two bath home has just been renovated and furnished to include all new high-end bedding and furniture. Enter our home into the living room and you will immediately notice all high-end furniture including a premium sofa couch with upgraded queen sleeper and 50" smart TV. Our updated kitchen has every appliance and cooking item you may need and dining for six. Master bedroom will have a new queen hybrid mattress, large double closet, ceiling fan, 32" smart TV, and the en-suite Bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo. Second bedroom will also have a new queen hybrid mattress, two large closets, ceiling fan, and a new trundle bed with 2 twin beds if needed for added guests. Hallway bath is upgraded as well and has a tile shower. We have all new plush bed linens and towels as well as full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning or evening beverage on our bistro set out on the private brick patio. Home is also child friendly with high-chair, and pack n play for your convenience. There is a 4% processing fee to if you use a credit card and Zelle/Venmo/Check are free to process. There is a non-refundable pet fee and a one-time cleaning fee of $250.
